Attar Said " I born on 6/6/1943 in a very small village named Punadi
turf walwa..Tal.Palus Dist.Sangli[
Maharashtra] in a
backward Muslim family. I learned up to seventh standard
in my village. My father
expired when I was nine years old. I completed my High
school education from Ramanandnagar, which is five miles
from my village. I was
doing my daily up & down by walking. I could not afford
bicycle or boarding during
that time. I had done my
college education at Sangli near by Dist.place.I passed
pre-professional with first class & got admission for
first M.B.B.S in 1966 at Govt.Collge Miraj.I passed final M.B.B.S.in 1971&complete compulsory
Internship in 1972. I joined
for Post Graduation course on1st July 1972 as House
Physician at Wanless Hospital Miraj.I Worked
in Wanless Chest (T.B.) Hospital at wanless wadi for 2
& half years. I passed my TDD (Tuberculosis Disease Diploma)
in 1976 from Bombay.
I worked as a Medical Officer in Kirkee Cantonment Board
Hospital for one yearfrom1976-1977.I Started my Private
Practice at Karad, Dist.Satara in July 1978.Since I
Worked very hard day& night. I had visited each& every
villages for my poor patients. I
had conducted T.B. detection camps in whole district with the
help of Primary Health Center for
consecutive fifteen years..Iwas Secretary & Chairman
of I M A Karad Branch. I established my own
25beds Hospital well
equipped with X --Ray ,Ultra Sonography,Cardic Monitor,& Lab. I
have one son& one daughter. My son Mr.Sarfaraj Ahmad &
daughter Miss.Musarrat Jahan both completed M.B.B.S.. both
are trying for post graduation. My Wife Mrs.Shamshad is
B.sc.(Hon). She is helping in Hospital Management,& all
other activities. With help of my wife I have managed to give Medical Service
to mankind effectively. I am now involved in T.B.
controlling programme
in HIV +ve patients&trying to raise the standards of their
life..."
