Karad Railways Station, Computerised Ticket Window ( 22nd August 2001 )
From Today onwards Computerised Ticket System is started for the Railway Travelorof Karad. Computer Window & Bridge is Inaugurated by MP Mr. Shrinivas Patil.
Karad's station is  the 1st Taluka level Place who have computer ticket bokkign system. Mr. Patil said "From Karad   Railway Station the income of Rs 22crores & by goods transportation worth Rs 22 crores is held. And for the developmental work of Station is expensed Rs 56 Lakhs.
So from now anybody can book his ticket, return ticket, of Any Train & of any route across India by the Karad Railway  Station
